Robot Concept Design

Besides, it successfully launched robot called "Heron v2020".

The team of ES design collaborates with private companies and Government Agencies to develop robot applications in various fields.

Let's talk about your robot idea !

1) Contact us to schedule an online meeting.

2) Sign a NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement)

3) Provide more details by telling us about your robot idea.

4) Based on the info provided, we'll give you a quote and timeline for future cooperation.

A new interactive design platform enables both novices and experts to build customized legged, wheeled robots or of other kind.

Using a familiar drag-and-drop interface, individuals can choose from a library of components and place them into the design.
The platform suggests components that are compatible with each other, offers potential placements of actuators
and can automatically generate structural components to connect those actuators.

Our team will follow you in every step to build your robot !

RAS - Robot Development as Service

Low Coding Environment
(3D engineering design and robot programming)

"Build in hours, not in months or years your next robot !
Just drag and drop the components (ready to use 3D files)
and add a few lines of scripts ! "

Robotics Design Process

Defining the Problem

1) Identifying the purpose of a construction
2) Identifying specific requirements

Researching and Designing

1) Gathering information
2) Identifying specific details of the design which must be satisfied
3) Identifying possible and alternative design solutions
4) Planning and designing a appropriate structure which includes drawings

Creating the "Proof of Concept"

1) Testing the design
2) Troubleshooting the design

Creating a Prototype

1) Testing the design
2) Troubleshooting the design

Building your Robot

Construction work can now begin.

Programming your Robot
The coding process can now begin

Evaluating your Robot - Validation Process

1) Evaluate the design
2) Evaluate the planning process
As building and programming work starts,
you will need to complete systems tests at various stages of the construction.
If any of the tests show that you have failure in a joint,
or that part of your structure is not meeting specifications,
then you will have to make modifications in your plan.
When building and programming is complete,
the entire project must be tested to see if it does the job for which it was designed.
An evaluation report needs to then be written.
This should be a statement outlining the strengths and weaknesses in your design.
It should describe where you have succeeded and where you have failed
to achieve the aims set out in the specifications.

Here is a list of questions which will help you to prepare this "Evaluation Report".

  • How well did the design match the concept idea ?
  • Does the design look unique ?
  • Does the design has its own identity ?
  • Is the product safe to use ?
  • Did I plan my work adequately ?
  • Did I find the construction straightforward or difficult ?
  • Were the most available and suitable materials used ?
  • Did it cost more or less than expected ?
  • Did I respect the budget planned ?
  • How could I have improved my design ?
